XCRS magnetic separator is used for the mineral testing. Using the wet separating method to concentrate the fine mineral with high magnetism. This equipment is not valid for the mineral slurry which is with causticity.

XCRS Magnetic Separator is combined with magnetic separator part and drum power. (1) Frame (2) Magnetic Drum (3) Mineral Box (4)Watering Pipe (5) Transmission System (6) Feeding Box
The output of the drum power is adjusted by the handle of the regulator.
1. Frame: Made of anglesteel, it’s the basis of the whole machine.
2. Magnetic Drum: There are 4 excitation coil and magnetic iron corn, besides the discharge part, there is a counter excitation coil to discharge the mineral. These 5 subjects are fixed in the mandrel which is with fan shape. The mandrel is fixed in the frame through the branch bearing. The Drum is made of the non-magnetic material. The connection of the fan shape will effect the magnetism of the material during the rotating of 180 degree and mixing. At the side of mandrel is a squared structure which can be adjusted by handle.
3. Transmission system: installed under the frame, to lower the focus of the equipment, the transmission system is combined with 3 AC motors, worm and worm gear box. The output of gear box is working through the chain to drum to drive the drum to be working. The direction of drum and material feeding is the same.
4. Mineral box.
Made of aluminum and stainless steel, is fixed in the frame by screw. There is a discharge with the same height of the slurry at the side of mineral box. And there is a concentrated part to get the mine under the box.
5. Water pipe
It’s a copper pipe which is installed in the frame, it can be watered by the home using water to wash the concentrated mine in the drum. The angle of watering can be adjusted by the movement of watering pipe.
6. Feeding Box
The box is made of stainless steel to be sure the equally of feeding material.
